Shadow Work

Allow that unappreciated darker side of you to come out and play. We will take you to a place where your shadow can be brought out in a gently assisted way. Using dialogue, Thai Boxing techniques, journaling and the support of the group you will learn practical ways to integrate those aspects of yourself you usually try to keep hidden.
