Dayle Baykey RN and Mary Benson are certified in a number of disciplines:

Integrative Energy Healing from Langara College. This certificate program taught them an integral approach to healing that bridges ancient Eastern and Western teachings with recent scientific discoveries. They use advanced energy healing and focus on the physical-energetic interface and its relationship to health and dis-ease.

Cranial Sacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute in Levels One and Two. This healing modality evaluates and enhances the functioning of cranial sacral system. It involves a soft touch to release restrictions in the cranial sacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Bodywork This massage provides a whole body relaxation by incorporating a variety of massage disciplines which assist in the relief of stress and enhance the body-mind connection.
